FAC Member Responsibilities

FAC members are expected to:

• Attend monthly full FAC meetings.
• Participate in committee meetings (usually two per month).
• Review and provide comments on proposed policy revisions shared via Microsoft Teams.
• Actively contribute to their committee's efforts by:
  
  • Identifying and researching campus needs.
  • Engaging with relevant departments or units.
  • Collaborating with the AVP Council to develop meaningful solutions and recommendations.

In addition, members are encouraged to maintain regular communication with colleagues across their department, college, and the broader university community to understand the most pressing concerns and bring those forward to the FAC for discussion.
